When i first tried to go online wirelessly after following all instruction--would not work. After 2.5 hours on line with Dell techs in India they finally got the wireless going--via remote access. I bought the computer for travel but started noticing it wouldn't go online outside of my home. Finally called Dell about it, six hours later of phone time they are having me ship the computer back to reconfig and to rplace wireless card and something else.
UGHHHHH!
seriously frustrating, won't have it for spring break travel.
Also not fond of the mouse pad it is jumpy. I now hate the computer after all the hours spent on the phone hopefully I will like it when it comes back from Dell.

I have a dell laoptop and only used it for a backup.The only time I started it up since it was new ,was for to update it. Well one time I started it up and it went dead .I called dell and they want to charge me just as much to look at it as it would for me to buy a new one DELL is Junk and There customer service is in other countryies they don't even give Americans jobs. SO PLEASE DON'T BUY A DELL I WOULD GO WITH HP THEY STAND BEHIND THER COMPUTERS AND MAKE YOU SATFIED,IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS. DELL IS VERY BAD AND I ALWAYS WRIGHT REVIEWS WHERE EVER I CAN,TILL THEY CHANGE!
