 Keyboard Challenges July 28, 2010

I love the portability of the Toshiba Mini, but the keyboard often requires hitting a letter several times to get it to appear. I can not tell you how frustrating it is to have to continually go back to retype something often having to hit the key pretty hard. This review should have only taken me 2 minutes to type but actually took me 4 because I have to keep going back.

It seems very nice, has bigger keyboard providing better typing compared to other netbooks. But windows 7 lowers the running performance of the netbook, add 1gb ram and close off all visiul effects, i will be better.
there is a camera display problem while connecting the internet, actually its a netbook (for surfing internet and video chatting), have to have better connection.

I bought a Toshiba laptop and to my surprise the touchpad did not work properly from day one. After hours on the phone explaining the problem and doing a thousand procedures I had to ship it to Toshiba. The problem is that they lost my computer and they don't do anything to solve the problem. I have called them more than 30 times already and they have been unwilling to help me. I will never buy a Toshiba again and I suggest you do the same.

I bought the NB305 after reading several favorable reviews. Unfortunately, it runs very slowly and the speakers are awful. If you want to use skype with someone and you are in a public place like a hotel lobby you can't hear the speakers. I downloaded a new driver for the soundcard and it did no good. I called tech support for Toshiba and they were no help. I am returning this product and hoping to find a better netbook.
